From the first conversation to launch
Four steps, without theater. Price and timeline are written down before anything is built.

Conversation
You tell me what you offer, who you are talking to, and what would have to happen for the site to be worth it. If I am not the right person, I say so in that conversation.

Scope
I write down the pages or features, the timeline, and the price. What is not included is written down too, so it does not show up halfway through.

Build
Design and code happen together. You review progress in the browser and comment on something you can already use, not on a document that later changes.

Launch
I connect the domain, check the phone layout, and leave you a short note: which credentials are yours, how to ask for a change, and what comes next.
