A clinic’s front desk sees the day on a screen, instead of rebuilding it from the chat.
An example of approach. Not a published client: it shows the kind of problem and how I would solve it.

The problem
Appointments lived in a notebook and in messages. Two people could not see the same day at the same time.

What was built
A simple web schedule: openings for the day, adding an appointment, and a mark if the person arrived. No patient portal and no automatic reminders in this first version.

What changes
The day no longer depends on a notebook that stays on one desk.
